La gastronomie welcomes articles on food from people of various walks of life. these are some of my ideas for the blog. Food thought: The intellectual thoughts of some great people has changed the course of history and the way we look at the food . this part is dedicated to those great visionaries of food and their philosophy on food. Food web: The idea is to investigate and understand various process that happens in food chain, before it reaches the final destination. Cheese: This collum takes a cheesy look at cheeses from around the world. Anything about it orgin, making process of the past , present & future can also be written. Bibere: This section takes look at the art of making varoius beverages and their association with the culture. Provenience: In depth look at source and origin of festivals, foods and culture of the region. Sixth sense: Cooking ingredient, techniques and utensils of a culture that tickled our senses. This part will also study the progression of those techniques in context with the modern world. Photos, Arts & Cartoons: In this section you can post photos, art work or cartoon related to food and culture. Apart from these you can post and discuss anything related to food. Thank you.
